So, that’s what this video is all about. It’s part 1 of a 5-part series on how to get started in commercial real estate investing. If you watch all five, you’ll know what we’re doing to get deals, and whether that sounds like something you can do, too. After you watch …

What are some of the best ways to market investment properties online or offline, residential and commercial?
Oct 9th
Question by Diamond C: What are some of the best ways to market investment properties online or offline, residential and commercial?
As a real estate agent specializing in investment properties, residential and commercial, I would like to know what are the best ways to market my services and products. I have access to residential properties that will cashflow with almost no money down and that are located in high-growth and high-appreciation areas, particularly Branson Missouri. The commercial properties have a strong cap rate and very competitive with the rest of the nation. I welcome any suggestions and, if it is something you tried yourself in the past, I would appreciate a brief explanation as to the results obtained. Thank you in advance everyone!
