I am especially interested in the leasing aspect of them and what their fees are or how they make money in leasing.

They also make money by managing rental property for Land Lords, both residential and commercial. They contract with city’s and county’s to market industrial land, and during good times, they get paid by title company’s and mortgage brokers to bring them customers.
