3) In a triple net lease (NNN) the tenant pays for all expenses which are ordinarily paid for by the landlord, like taxes, insurance and repairs & maintenance.

i was hoping that my soon to be ex-husband and i could occupy the same office space, but its apparent we cant. he has been in the office space for over 8months and i have not moved into the office to this point. i would like to remove my name from the commercial contract.

Unless the owners of the property are willing to rewrite the lease in his name only, you can’t. You signed it and are tied to it (and all it entails) until it’s conclusion.
