Q&A: How do you find clients to rent commercial property?

Question by Cristi: How do you find clients to rent commercial property?
A friend of mine recently closed his chain of 3 stores in Resita, Romania. He asked me to help him find someone to rent his commercial property. I posted the stores on many real estate sites, but I would also like to contact some companies directly to ask them if they are interessted. My question is how would you contact a company to tell them you are renting commercial property, I mean what do you say to them so that you sound serious enough?

este bine ca si-a publicat oferta de inchiriere prin intermediul site-urilor imobiliare; ceea ce ii recomand este sa inscrie oferta si pe site-urile cu anunturi gratuite…conform statisticilor de pe www.trafic.ro acestea au un numar foarte mare de vizitatori si deci un potential mare de cumparatori.

The City Council is scheduled to vote on the third and final reading of an ordinance adopting a 2009 International Fire Code that specifies the fire chief can require lock boxes for emergency access to keys to buildings. According to the WCF Courier, the Cedar Falls ordinance would require lock boxes be installed on commercial buildings and apartment buildings with three or more separate units.
