Do you want to own this great home?! Century 21 will show you what’s so great about this home invasion that’s sweeping the nation!!! This was basically our first film ever. It holds a very dear place in our hearts. I always go back to this film and then watch our new ones and say, “Gosh Darnet, we’ve gotten so much better!”. Funny none the less, Century 21 was a great first. The first of our four first films. Made in 2005.

Question by Honest56: How good is Century 21 real estate?
Im trying to purchase a home and the home I like is being sold by a Century 21 office, what Im wondering is if Century 21 is a good company to deal with I know they have been around for a long time I just wondering if they will give me a good deal since I am a first time buyer HELP!!!!

Answer by njyogibear
First, Century 21 offices are individually owned so it’s not like going to Sears or Home Depot where the same company runs every location. One Century 21 might be a lot different than the next one. Second, the realtor representing you, the buyer, is probably has more impact on you than whoever the seller is using. Finally, the person who owns the house for sale has final say over whether you are getting a good deal.
