Hey everyone, here’s a new city Lorlofl (Lol + Rofl) and I’m pretty proud of it because I managed to squeeze all those commercial skyscrapers into a tight region so that it becomes the city center. You need to raise CO$$($) taxes to prevent them from developing at first, and when you release it the demand will go crazy!! The edges of the map are large industrial estates and also the suburbs where the smaller houses are. Although I don’t have the NAM mod (it lags my com badly) and all those other pretty/useful mods, I still hope you all enjoy it! 
Assumptions: You have quite a few neighboring cities with high population and high-tech industry to boost commercial office demand. No extreme growth mods here so just showing you how you can develop a nice city even without those cool stuff, you just need some skyscrapers, custom bus stops, parks and modified avenues from Simtropolis if not put headlights, people and start a nightclub on your boring old office roofs using Lot Editor like in 6:16 =) Tyvm to all the SimCity tutorial videos that taught me SimCity hahaha, especially to VBackseatRomeoV and many other users. Ordinance Would Force Property Owners to Surrender Keys to Government Kurt Nimmo www.infowars.com June 13, 2011 In Cedar Falls, Iowa, the government is attempting to nullify the Fourth Amendment. The City Council is scheduled to vote on the third and final reading of an ordinance adopting a 2009 International Fire Code that specifies the fire chief can require lock boxes for emergency access to keys to buildings. According to the WCF Courier, the Cedar Falls ordinance would require lock boxes be installed on commercial buildings and apartment buildings with three or more separate units. Since 2004 the city has required the boxes for commercial buildings with alarm systems and apartment buildings with six or more units. www.infowars.com

UFCW Local 175 members at National Car Rental on Atwell Drive in Etobicoke began legal strike action on March 11, 2011. The 95 workers voted down the most recent ‘offer’ from the company at a vote held March 10. Workers are picketing at the Garage and Terminals 1 and 3 at Pearson International Airport handing out information flyers to consumers looking to rent vehicles through National. “The employer, whose parent company is Enterprise, tabled numerous concessions in this round of negotiations and threatened to contract out the workers’ jobs if they didn’t achieve million in savings,” explains Shawn Haggerty, president of UFCW Local 175. “It’s one of the most successful car rental companies in the world and these kinds of demands are unwarranted. The workers are taking a stand with the full support of their Union.” “These concessions constitute nothing more than an attempt to gut this contract. These workers make a fair wage right now and if the company gets its way some workers would face losing up to .50 an hour, making them the lowest paid in the industry.” In addition to dramatic wage cuts, the company’s insulting demands include reducing sick days and eliminating religious holidays. They want to decrease vacation pay and weaken seniority provisions by assigning overtime at the company’s discretion. The employer is also looking to force employees to pay 100% of the premiums for their health and welfare benefits. “This big powerful US company wants to dismantle …
