Commercial Real Estate investment opportunity in Tiberias

Currently, residential real estate properties in Israel can bring an annual return of about 3% – 6% depending on the size of apartment and location in the country. Some of our clients want to invest in Israel but would like to see a higher annual return. Ideally, the spread sheet would solve for ROE, C on C, multi year IRR, and allow 2 properties to be compared at the same time.

The Institute of Real Estate Management sells a 10-year spreadsheet that is pretty good, and will calculate returns for multiple years to allow analysis of optimum holding period.
